At KC Cottage we have done our best to describe the items correctly at the time of the items being listed on the website. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.
All sizes are approximate and in centimetres, slight variations in size and colour may occur due to the handmade nature of some of our products.

KC Cottages products are for DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND ARE STRICTLY NOT TOYS. DUE TO THE RISK OF CHOKING FROM SMALL PARTS THESE ITEMS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. We do not supply wall fixings and screws with items unless otherwise stated.

All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
If you are purchasing an item classed as 'Second' the item has flaws & imperfections as described on the product description. Second items are not pre-used, they are not returnable & are not refundable, by purchasing an item classed as second you understand & accept this risk.

Shipment, Cancellations & Returns
Items advertised are carried in stock for immediate dispatch,  KC Cottage will aim to send items within 2-4 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times given are approximate. For personalised products please allow up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Mugs are made to order, they are printed and fulfilled by our printing partner. If you order a mug or a mug is part of your order then you will receive this directly from our printing partner.

KC Cottage is currently only delivering to UK & Northern Ireland (UK Mainland). Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.
At this time we do not deliver to the Highlands
Cancellations can be made for a short period of time after placing your order up until receiving dispatch confirmation email.

Not entirely happy with your received item? Firstly KC Cottage is sorry to hear this, we want you to be happy with your shabby chic items, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty. Please include your order number and also let KC Cottage know why you werent happy so we can improve our service to you in the future.

If your item does arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, after 24 hours we will not be held responsible for any damages reported.  Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced.  Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to KC Cottage so that we can claim from our postal carrier.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
