Shipping & Delivery

Our parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Fully Tracked Services.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.50

We offer free shipping on orders over £40.00

We aim to ship orders within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
You will receive an email from Royal Mail advising the day of delivery, you can manage your delivery day if you wont be home.

Yes. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked service. You will receive email confirmation from Royal Mail so you can track & manage your delivery.
We are aware scammers will pretend to be delivery services so if you are concerned please contact us & we can provide your tracking details too.

Royal Mail will take a photo as proof of delivery, the location of where your parcel has been delivered to & may be with a neighbour if you were not home.
If you opted for a safe place for delivery you do so at your own risk.
During busy periods your order may be delayed. Use the Royal Mail Track my parcel service to see where your order is.

Returns & Exchanges

We're so sorry to hear this! Please email us with your order number & a photo of the damaged item within 2 workings days of delivery. We can either send you a replacement or full refund.

If you recieved your order and have changed your mind you can absolutely return. Please return to the address on the invoice.
The cost to return will be covered by yourself & please ensure it is in the original packing & unused. We will issue a refund for the product not including original postage price.
Items will be need to be returned within 14days & please do contact us ahead of returning so we know to expect your parcel.
